Refund policy

 

At Maison Aromea, we want every order to be a delightful experience. Due to the nature of our scented products, certain conditions apply.


Diffuser Returns

Diffusers may be returned within 7 days of receiving your order, only if they are:

  • New
  • Unused
  • Complete and in their original packaging

Items showing signs of use or missing packaging cannot be accepted for return.


Scented Oils

For hygiene reasons, scented oils are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in cases of our error or defective products.


Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt by emailing info@maisonaromea.ca with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging
  • A description of the issue

After review, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on the situation.


Return Procedure

  1. Email info@maisonaromea.ca before sending any item back.
  2. If the return is approved, shipping instructions will be provided.
  3. Unless the return is due to our error, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–10 business days, depending on the original payment method.


Order Cancellation Policy


Regular Orders

You may cancel your order as long as it has not been shipped or prepared for shipment.

For any request, email info@maisonaromea.ca with your full name and order number.
If cancellation is possible, the refund will be issued via the original payment method.

Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. You may refer to our return policy for guidance.


Preorders

Preorders are prepared quickly after the order is placed. You have 24–48 hours to request a cancellation before production begins.

To cancel a preorder, email us promptly at info@maisonaromea.ca with your order number.
After 48 hours, the preorder cannot be canceled.
Fragrance changes or shipping address updates may still be possible if production has not started.


Refund Processing Times

When your cancellation is approved, the refund will be processed within 3–5 business days.
Processing times may vary slightly depending on your bank or payment method.
