Shipping policy

Maison Aromea currently ships products within Canada only.


Order Processing

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days, unless otherwise specified, for preorders, or during peak periods.


Estimated Delivery Times

  • Canada: approximately 2–8 business days after shipment

These timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on the carrier and destination.


Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on package weight, destination, and current promotions. Some offers may include free shipping under certain conditions.


Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, a confirmation email with tracking number will be sent to you, if provided by the carrier.


Delivery Address

Please ensure your address is entered accurately. Maison Aromea is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incomplete or incorrect addresses. Any reshipping fees may be the customer’s responsibility.


Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows that your package was delivered, automatic refunds are not provided. In case of loss during transit, an investigation with the carrier will be opened, and a solution will be proposed based on the findings.
